Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our handmade items. Please ready our policy below regarding returns and refunds. 

Custom and Personalised Orders
Due to the nature of the custom-made and personalised products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items once an order has been placed and production has begun. This includes:
- items with custom names or text
- Bows or accessories that are handmade
- Any items created to your unique specifications

General Orders
For non-custom items, we offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required 
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Spelling Confirmation
Please double-check all spelling and colour selections before finalising your order, as we create your items exactly as they are requested. All names are done in CAPITALS, unless otherwise requested and approved.
We understand typos happen- if you notice a spelling error please contact us immediately at info@sportsbowsaustralia , and we will do our best to fix the issue. However, if production has already begun unfortunately we cannot cancel the order and a re-printed fee of $5 will apply. 

Damages and Issues
We want you to love your purchase! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@sportsbowsaustralia.com , so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Email and Addresses
When your order is ready you will be emailed a shipping notification with tracking number (if postage chosen). All communication and order updates will be sent to the email provided when ordering, so please make sure it is accurate incase we need to contact you. 
Once your order has been posted, Sports Bows Australia takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

Ribbon Colours
We have done our best to represent the ribbon colours as accurately as possible- however, colours may appear different between screens and in-person.
