Production & Turnaround Time

All bows are handcrafted and personalised to order. Please allow 14-21 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During peak periods (school events, holidays, or high-demand seasons), turnaround may extend to 5–7 WEEKS. You'll receive a dispatch notification email once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — $11.00 AUD | Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD | Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Free Pickup- Pick up is available from Ormeau 4208

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via Australia Post.
